Integrated Capabilities Across the Energy Value Chain

From refinery development to supply logistics and structured finance, Osam delivers end-to-end solutions designed for national resilience and regional competitiveness.
Built in Africa and built to last, our initiatives unlock homegrown refining, add resilient storage, and deliver essential fuels to communities and industries across the continent. The result is less exposure to imports, stronger economies, and opportunity that reaches people and suppliers on the ground.

Refining & Downstream Industrialization
In partnership with Sedin Engineering (CNCEC, China), Osam is developing a 100,000 BPD refinery in Ghana’s Central Region. Designed for domestic supply and export markets, the project integrates petrochemical value chains and anchors a multi-sector industrial hub—fertilizer, gas-to-power, and manufacturing.
Energy Trading & Supply
Osam’s trading division supplies diesel, gasoline, jet fuel, and LPG to public and private offtakers across West and Central Africa. We combine market intelligence, logistics precision, and strong international partnerships to ensure consistent, transparent, and cost-efficient supply. In collaboration with DL Hudson Group (UK), we bridge Africa’s demand with global markets to support industrial growth—not just transactions.
Infrastructure & Power Development
Osam designs and delivers energy and industrial infrastructure that underpins long-term development. Working with Sedin Engineering, we execute projects across refining, power generation, pipelines, tank farms, and industrial zones, establishing the foundations for sustainable manufacturing and economic transformation.

Each project reflects our commitment to engineering excellence, national resilience, and environmental responsibility.

Logistics & Supply-Chain Management
Osam Energy manages an integrated logistics ecosystem that ensures continuity from refinery to market. We coordinate vessel lightering, ship-to-ship transfers, transshipment, tank storage, and inland distribution in partnership with world-class logistics providers — maintaining quality, reducing demurrage exposure, and optimizing delivery efficiency across regions.

This capability reinforces Osam’s role as a trusted regional supplier, ensuring that energy access remains stable, affordable, and secure.
Strategic Finance & Global Market Integration
In partnership with DL Hudson Group Ltd. (United Kingdom), Osam Energy mobilizes innovative financing frameworks that connect African resources to global capital markets. DL Hudson’s London presence and expertise in structured commodity finance, metals monetization, and international trading complement Osam’s operational strength, enabling non-sovereign, commercially viable funding models for refinery and infrastructure programs.
